Fundamental Principles of Theory "I"

Theory "I" provides a revolutionary and unlimited vision of leadership. It provides a blueprint for the ultimate personal transformation, which results in success and prosperity. Professor Nader Angha teaches that our desires to implement positive and everlasting change, be it on the micro level or the macro level, must begin with personal transformation. Personal transformation resembles an internal revolution, because it signifies change that originates from the core of the individual's being. Discovery of the "I", the Source of Life within, is the first step in the journey toward self-knowledge.

Discovery of the "I" results in the emergence of its principles. The infinite and universal principles of Theory "I" are independent of all variable changes. These universal principles enfold the whole existence from atom to galaxies to human being. Through the center of "I", in the core of our being we connect with these true principles and they reflect in all aspects of our lives.

The principles of Theory "I" which are the fundamental principles of self-knowledge include:1

  • Principle of Prevalent, Informed Center
  • Principle of Equilibrium and Balance
  • Principle of Cooperation and Collaboration
  • Principle of Comprehensiveness
  • Principle of Harmony
  • Principle of Guidance
  • Principle of Love and Attraction

The human being is the building block of any social institution. If each individual rests in balance and utilizes his or her inherent capability, the same manifestation can be seen at every level of human organization.

In an organization, the fundamental principles of Theory "I" reflect as follows:

  • Prevalent, Informed Center* : Creativity and Vision
  • Equilibrium and Balance *: Stability
  • Cooperation and Collaboration* : Teamwork and Coherence
  • Comprehensiveness* : Synergy
  • Harmony* : Compatibility
  • Guidance* : Innate Knowledge
  • Love and Attraction* : Positive Regard and Energy

* These principles manifest and become a reality only in the presence of the ultimate principle of Love and Attraction.
